Qualification : BE Mechanical
Location : Chakan

Skills Required:-
• Responsible for the accurate entry, proofing, maintenance and submission of purchase orders based on customer & company's request, stock replenishment and management direction.
• Create a Master Copy of Supplier code on ERP.
• level of accuracy while creating and verifying purchase order information
• including proper product costing, shipping instructions, etc.
• Routine purchase order review and follow-up, and expediting of orders.
• Check and approve the PR-Purchase Requisition for projects, store stock, maintenance & safety.
• Compare the pricing and quality with various suppliers and order or purchase the best to serve the customer needs.
• Update opened GRN, DO & INV and Invoice clearance sheet.
• Follow-up the invoice for all received materials.
• Registration of approved invoices in ERP.
