• Making PR for request received from internal stakeholders
• Making PO for PR created for R&D, IT, Marketing, site ops and other team
• Getting vendor registration documents from new supplier and register them in system
• Placing order to supplier for electronics items includes import and domestic supplier.
• Order acknowledgement and ensure timely delivery of materials at Unbox Robotics
• Resolution of any issues during the GRN or receipt of materials in SAP.
• Coordinating with finance team for timely payment to supplier
• Taking care of rejected material working with a supplier quality team.
• Ordering electronics parts like PCBA, Harness assembly, camera, Battery, Electronic components other bought out items
• Working with logistics team to get shipments from import supplier and provide required documents

• Good communication skill
• Knowledge of MS excel
• Excellent knowledge of ordering electronics components preferably harness and PCB assembly
