Job SummaryThe Purchase Executive will oversee Costing, negotiation & purchasing metal parts, machining part, other chemicals. Issue PO & overall stock maintain. Vendor development.Job Responsibilities1. Costing, negotiation & purchasing of metal parts, machining part, other chemicals, as per specification.2. Float request for quote, preparing RFQ as per indents, comparison of offers, preparing & Issue of PO, follow-up & tracking of PO upto delivery of goods.3. Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders, monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items to ensure that all items are delivered to store on time.4. Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors if require.5. Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective & qualitative contracts and deals.6. Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.7. Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.8. Maintaining minimum & maximum level of critical & fast moving Items, proactive decisions for future requirement on the basis of production plan.9. Co-ordination with design, production, engineering, stores, QC, transport to ensure material availability as per monthly plan.10. Controlling the Inventory & maintain purchase register.11. Inventory control & Inventory Accuracy12. Thorough knowledge of Store activities such as Material Inward, Material issue to line13. 5S in Stores & FIFO14. Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary15. Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.16. Material Management, Inward, Management, Stores, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Operations, vehicle planning, ERP, FIFO, Dispatch, GRN, Delivery ChallanQualifications, Key skills, Requirements 1. Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.2. 4 to 7 years experience in manufacturing industry (Rubber industry experience is preferable).3. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949 documentation.4.
