Job Description

Care Labs an esteemed ETP,STP Water, Food, Environment Testing Lab since 18 years urgently required similar field/Lab experienced Purchase Admin Executive.

• Responsible for overseeing the procurement of goods and services for company
• Identifying and sourcing potential suppliers and negotiating contracts
• Managing the purchasing process, from requisition to delivery
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely reordering of supplies
• Conducting market research to stay informed of industry trends and best practices
• Maintaining supplier relationships and resolving any issues that may arise
• Ensuring compliance with purchasing policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
• Collaborating with other departments, such as finance and production, to meet the organization's needs
• Preparing and tracking purchasing reports and budgets
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• •Experience in Preparation of Indents, Negotiation of Quotations, Execute P.O and all Admin works etc.
• Strong Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Office Secretary Duties:
• Assist senior management with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and meeting coordination.
• File Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
• Support to HR and Admin Teams: Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees, including organizing their travel and accommodation
• Draft and prepare internal and external correspondence as needed.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for senior staff.
• Organize and maintain filing systems for administrative records.

•Male Graduate with Good Communication, Written and Computer Skills

• Immediate Joined candidates with above experience are preferred.
