Purchase & Costing Executive
:
The candidate will manage procurement, costing, vendor relationships, and stock control while maintaining data and records on software for smooth financial reporting. The role demands expertise in managing food supplies and budgeting for catering operations.
Oversee purchase of food supplies, kitchen equipment, and consumables.
Create and manage purchase orders (POs) within busy software.
Ensure timely deliveries and vendor compliance with quality standards.
Track inventory levels and manage stock efficiently to avoid excess or shortages.
Calculate food cost per head to ensure profitability.
Vendor Management & Negotiation.
Negotiate best prices and favourable payment terms.
Generate and present monthly cost analysis reports to management.
Track purchase trends and identify opportunities for savings.
Monitor food wastage and implement strategies for waste reduction.
Educational Qualification: -
Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce, Hospitality Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience: -
2-3 years of experience in procurement, costing, or related roles in the catering industry.
Prior experience using Busy & Tally accounting software for purchase management and costing is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
