Purchase Coordinator

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with suppliers and internal departments to manage purchase orders, negotiate contracts, and monitor inventory levels.
• Planning and executing the procurement of necessary items to support organizational objectives.
• Sending RFQs to the Suppliers.
• Regular Follow-up.
• Research potential vendors and compare their products, prices, and services.
• Place purchase orders and ensure that orders are delivered on time.
• Handling Supplier queries.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Electrical/Electronics industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Years of Experience: 1 to 2 years .
• Salary Range: 20,000 to 25,000
