Purchase Coordinator Remote

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage and process purchase orders efficiently.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate procurement charts and inventory records.
• Track inventory levels and prepare reports on stock status.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory.
• Assist in developing procurement policies and procedures.
• Support negotiations for favorable terms with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
