Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Coordinator at YMCA, Ahmedabad. He will be responsible for handling purchasing processes, purchase orders, communication related to procurement, and ensuring efficient purchasing operations.
• Bring the quotations
• Material pickup
• Vendor list with rates & mobile no.
• Prepare Approval Note
• Making POs
• Negotiation with venders
• Follow up with venders for material
• Check the material when arrived
• Process bills
• Record of store
• Maintain material and stocks in store
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
