Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage procurement activities for goods and services.
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, place orders, and track deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other essential data.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand and meet their purchasing needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary to maintain optimal stock.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and pricing with vendors to secure the best deals.
• Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, costs, and supplier performance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing software.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
