Job Description

• Coordinate all aspects of procurement from sourcing to negotiating contracts and pricing.
• Maintain detailed records of transactions, pricing, and inventories.
• Work closely with project managers and the construction team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Assess and vet potential suppliers to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, and receipts to ensure budget adherence.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions that can impact material costs.
• Resolve disputes and claim issues with vendors and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 3 years in purchasing or procurement, ideally in the construction industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced project demands.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?9,945.48 - ?18,066.52 per month
