Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, ensuring a high level of service and reliability.
Assist in negotiating prices and terms for contracts with vendor
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
Track deliveries to ensure they arrive on time and in good condition.
Assist in the preparation of purchase reports and cost analysis for the management team.
Process and monitor returns or exchanges for damaged or incorrect items.
Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Help maintain purchasing budgets and monitor expenses.
Recommend suppliers based on cost, reliability, and quality.
