• Own the data entry and management of Purchase Orders (POs) for Third-Party Logistics (3PL)

providers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Perform Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in EPR system, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Create product bundles in EPR system (after approval) with a keen eye for detail.

• Assist the Procurement team with data entry, record-keeping, and documentation while

ensuring compliance with company standards.

• Coordinate directly with vendors to facilitate accurate order processing and quickly resolve any

discrepancies.

• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, identifying and addressing inconsistencies

proactively.

• Analyze data to spot trends, inefficiencies, or opportunities for cost savings.
• Stay up to date with new systems and processes-as the company grows, the ability to

quickly adapt to new technologies is essential.

• Demonstrate strong time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks

effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred but not

mandatory).

• 2+ years of proven experience in purchasing, supply chain, or inventory management.
• Proficiency with inventory management software is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with vendors and

internal teams. A take-charge attitude with a problem-solving mindset-able to anticipate challenges and act
before they become issues.
