Job Title: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Experience: 7+ Years Salary : 40,000 to 50,000 : We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager with a focus on electronic commodities to join our team. With at least 7 years of relevant experience in the electronic components industry, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of electronic commodities, market trends, and supplier relationships. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to effectively manage procurement activities to ensure the availability of high-quality components while optimizing costs. Key responsibilities include: 1. Commodity Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of electronic commodities, including sourcing. procurement. inventory management, and supplier relationships. 2. Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers to ensure a stable supply chain. negotiate contracts, and manage performance metrics such as quality, delivery. and cost 3. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks. and develop strategies to mitigate potential disruptions. 4. Cost Optimization: Implement cost reduction initiatives, conduct cost analysis, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in procurement processes. 5. Risk Management: Identify and assess risks related to commodity procurement such as Supply chain disruptions price fluctuations and quality issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks 6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, production. and logistics teams to align procurement activities with business objectives and ensure timely delivery of components. 7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards governing electronic components including environmental regulations. quality standards, and ethical Sourcing practices. Requirements: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering. Manufacturing, or related field. Master\'s degree preferred. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in Electrical & Electronics Manufacturing. 3. Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic manufacturing processes, equipment. and technologies. 4. Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and develop a diverse team. 5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on root cause analysis and corrective action. 6. Solid understanding of quality management systems, lean manufacturing principles, and regulatory requirements. 7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines. 8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
