- Maintaining purchase register
- Inventory control, monitor & update stock level
- Conduct regular stock audit
- Prepare purchase order based on hospital requirements.
- Track order to ensure timely delivery and follow up with suppliers.
- Resolve any issues related to product quality, delivery or billing.
