: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Purchasing Associate to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will assist in the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for our construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career to gain valuable experience in the purchasing field within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers, obtaining quotes, and preparing purchase orders.
• Coordinate with project managers to understand material requirements and ensure timely procurement.
• Monitor inventory levels and track delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of materials.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to procurement activities.
• Support the negotiation of contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers.
• Assist in the analysis of market trends and supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
