We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase & Accounts Officer to join our team specializing in water treatment. In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities and financial transactions related to water treatment projects, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures. 1. Procurement Management:
  • Coordinate procurement activities for water treatment projects, including sourcing,
purchasing, and tracking of materials, equipment, and services.
  • Identify reliable suppliers, vendors, and contractors for water treatment components
and specialized equipment, negotiating favourable terms and pricing agreements.
  • Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and agreements, ensuring completeness,
accuracy, and compliance with project requirements and budget constraints.
  • Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and inventory levels, monitoring
delivery schedules and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise. 2. Accounts Management:
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes for water treatment
projects, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Maintain financial records, ledgers, and journals using accounting software or
spreadsheets, reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to track project expenses, monitor
cash flow, and support decision-making by management.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and audits, providing
necessary documentation and support to external auditors and regulatory authorities. 3. Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
related to procurement, accounts, and financial management.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on procurement activities, financial performance,
and project expenditures for management review and decision-making.
  • Assist in internal and external audits, providing documentation, explanations, and
support as required to ensure audit readiness and compliance. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Weekend availability
