Job Description

Purchase & Accounts Coordinator :

1. Procurement Skills

• Vendor Management : Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
• Negotiation : Securing favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Inventory Management : Monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely reordering.
• Purchase Order Management : Creating, processing, and tracking purchase orders.

2. Financial Management Skills

• Accounts Payable and Receivable : Managing invoices, payments, and collections.
• Budgeting : Planning and adhering to budgets for purchases and operations.
• Reconciliation : Ensuring accurate financial records by reconciling accounts and purchase transactions.
• Cost Analysis : Identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring expenditure efficiency.

3. Administrative Skills

• Documentation : Maintaining accurate records of purchases, contracts, and vendor communications.
• Compliance : Ensuring adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Data Entry : Proficiency in recording financial and procurement data accurately.

4. Technical Skills
