Must have

• 10+ years of experience in full-stack development using React and Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, including modern ES6+ features
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux, and related frontend libraries
• Expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and developing RESTful APIs
• Experience with NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) and SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Experience in leading development teams, mentoring junior developers and reviewing code
• Ability to design and architect software solutions
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and code review practices
• Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Strong understanding of frontend build tools like Webpack, Babel, and ESLint
• Solid problem-solving skills with a focus on performance optimization and security
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
