Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Pulp and Paper Engineer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
• Process Optimization:
+ Continuously evaluate and improve pulp and paper manufacturing processes for efficiency and sustainability.
+ Implement cost-effective measures to enhance production and reduce environmental impact.
• Quality Assurance:
+ Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the production of high-quality paper products.
+ Collaborate with the R&D team to introduce new materials and technologies.
• Equipment Management:
+ Oversee the maintenance and optimization of machinery used in the pulp and paper manufacturing process.
+ Coordinate with the engineering team for timely repairs and upgrades.
• Environmental Compliance:
+ Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and implement eco-friendly practices in the manufacturing process.
+ Collaborate with regulatory bodies to maintain compliance.
• Team Collaboration:
+ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality control, to achieve company goals.
+ Provide training and guidance to junior engineers and production staff.
Qualifications• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pulp and Paper Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in pulp and paper manufacturing, with a focus on sustainable practices.
• Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and environmental regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
