This position plays a crucial role in shaping the journal\'s content, reputation, and impact within the academic and research community.Role Responsibilities:Editorial Leadership:

• Develop and implement the journal\'s editorial strategy to maintain high-quality content.
• Lead and guide the editorial team, including Submission Editors, Copy Editors, and Customer Success Specialists.
• Ensure rigorous peer-review processes and ethical publishing standards are upheld.

Content Development:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and authors to solicit, review, and select research articles and papers.
• Foster relationships with researchers and scholars to encourage submissions and enhance the journal\'s reputation.

Strategic Planning:

• Work with senior management to define and execute the journal\'s strategic goals and vision.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the field and recommend strategies for growth.

Quality Assurance:

• Maintain high-quality standards for published content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and adherence to journal guidelines.
• Implement and enforce editorial policies and best practices.

Team Management:

• Recruit, train, and mentor editorial staff to ensure a competent and motivated team.
• Manage workflow and assignments to meet publication schedules.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with authors, reviewers, and editorial board members.
• Engage with the academic community and attend conferences and events to promote the journal.

Budget and Resource Management:

• Develop and manage the journal\'s budget, allocating resources efficiently.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Market Awareness:

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new developments in academic publishing.
• Propose innovative approaches to maintain the journal\'s competitive edge.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

• A Ph.D. in a relevant field of Management
• Substantial experience in academic publishing, preferably in a leadership or editorial role.
• Strong knowledge of the subject area covered by the journal.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with publishing software and platforms.
• Commitment to ethical publishing practices.
