Assist the Publicity Manager in planning key publicity campaigns. 2. Independently plan, formulate, and execute the media campaigns. 3. Requisition media copies from UK on a regular basis 4. Coordinate with product and sales to plan media copies and deliver publicity plans in advance 5. Assist Publicity Manager in coverage analysis and studying trends Media and Influencer relations Development regional media lists and work with Publicity Manager to pitch our translations to them Regularly conducting media mapping exercise to explore new opportunities and new contacts. Develop and maintain a database of podcasts and other digital platforms to pitch them suitable. books from our list for publicity Ensuring regular follow ups for all pitches and sharing placement updates with authors and internal team Send out publicity and proof copies to media on a regular basis Identifying and creating a repository of a range of influencers for all topics and industries Design specific influencer campaigns for key titles for maximum amplification and seed content at regular intervals Events Assist Publicity Manager in organizing book launches, seminars and other book events. Coordinate with designers and vendors to deliver event-related collaterals Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to generate maximum mileage for our books and authors Content development Conduct suitable research and come up with new content ideas to pitch front list titles, priority authors, agency titles and Children\'s list Develop collaterals required for media events/press conferences Work with designers to develop creative content Maintain a repository of author profiles and pitch notes
