Responsibilities:- Collaborate with client and brand teams to source and consolidate copy briefs, brand voice and tone guidelines, and platform specifications for B2B and B2C websites/businesses.- Create and manage editorial calendars, adhering to committed delivery timelines.- Collaborate with the design and product teams to close out creative dependencies and business requirements around content modules.- Conduct thorough content audit, competitor analysis and user research to create content that works and caters to the needs of the intended target audience.- Deliver compelling, data-driven and purposeful content, including UX microcopy and rich product descriptions.- Apply SEO principles to maximize search performance and reach to the target audience.- Proofread and review all content deliverables for accuracy, quality and alignment with brand voice and tone before submission.Skills- 5-7 years of experience in a copywriting and content design role- Thorough understanding of the content creation, optimization and publishing landscape- Working knowledge of any CMS (WordPress/Adobe Experience Manager/Sitecore, etc.)- Proven experience in both creative and technical writing- Experience in working with cross-functional teams comprising designers, product managers, technologists, SEO and data analysts- Excellent US English writing and proofreading skills- Stellar communication and client management skills- Delivery mindset with a commitment to speed, quality and value- Master\'s Degree in English, Communications, Marketing/ MarComm or relevant field (ref:updazz.com)
