Work Location: BangaloreYears of Experience: 8 to 10 YearsPreferred Education: B.Tech / M.Tech - Biotech should have experience working in pharma industrySkillset Required: Publication and Data Analytic, Power BI, Dashboard, generate Insights and trends in the Data, Power BI development, Some Exposure or knowledge in Python, R / SAS good to have.Key ResponsibilitiesServes as the Global Publications Operations Lead/Subject Matter Expert for the areas of business operations, including system/ technology performance, analytics/metrics, change management, resolution/mitigation of issues and risks.Anticipates and addresses R&D future needs in Publication, with respect to emerging digital platforms, new technologies and supports implementation of the latest trends.Performs industry and market benchmarking, as well as conduct research and analysis on relevant industry and policy developments.Champions best practice sharing, continuous co-creation and learning across the teams and communities.Ensure performance and competencies development to develop a robust team of Grade 8 and 9 experts.Communicates timely, critical scientific intelligence with actionable insights and recommendations.Works closely with key stakeholders including authors, researchers, investigators, GMA Therapy Area leads, R&D clinical leads, biostatistics and Joint Publications Team members to understand key intelligence questions/topics and provide insights.Oversees the collection of meaningful metrics, monitors metrics over time and develops action plans for continuous improvement.
