Book(Publication) sales jobs can involve a variety of responsibilities, including:
• Selling books A book salesperson promotes books and sells them to institutions, bookstores, and schools. They may also negotiate prices and sales terms.
• Customer service A bookseller provides advice, recommends books, and processes customer orders. They may also help with book events, such as signing sessions and reading groups.
• Maintaining knowledge A bookseller keeps up with current titles and market changes. They may also conduct research to find potential buyers.
• Building relationships A book salesperson develops relationships with buyers and educational institutions. They may also liaise with teaching and library staff.
• Sales targets A book salesperson may meet sales targets and review sales performance.
• Marketing A book salesperson may create in-store and window displays. They may also travel to trade shows and promotional events to raise brand awareness.
Must have relevant experience in Publication Industry, specially in Pre Primary divisions.
