Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage communication strategies and plans that promote and protect the organization\'s brand, reputation, and products/services Write and disseminate press releases and other media releases and ensure they reach the targeted audience Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and other influential stakeholders to maximize positive coverage Plan and manage events, sponsorships and promotional activities to enhance the organization\'s presence and reputation in the community Monitor and analyze media coverage of the organization and relevant industry trends to inform communication strategies going forward Liaise with executives, management, and other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to PR and communication efforts Prepare and maintain accurate media lists, databases, and other relevant communication materials Respond to inquiries from the public and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner Maintain and update the organization\'s website and social media channels to ensure timely and accurate information is available to the public Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or related field 03+ years of experience. Proven experience in a Public Relations role or similar field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid understanding of media relations, social media, event planning and project management Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities simultaneously Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skill Job Type: Full-time Salary: 30,000.00 - 70,000.00 per month Schedule:
