Love working with influencers and using social media We are seeking a Public Relations Specialist to nurture a strong industry network, increase awareness and develop an enviable corporate image by developing and executing effective communication and media relations programs. You should have a proven track record of successful PR campaigns and a deep understanding of the influencer marketing industry.. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop a public relations strategy for Barcode including budget planning, collaboration with influencers and PR agencies. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align company messages, promotions, and goals. Develop and implement PR strategies for events, initiatives, products, and key corporate activities. Cultivate and maintain relationships with media and influential professionals. Arrange public appearances, lectures, contests, or exhibits for clients to increase product and service awareness. Monitor, analyze, and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis. Monitor public opinion of clients and communicate brand image to them. Plan and oversee press events. Detect public relations issues as they emerge and address them directly. Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Public Relations Manager in the influencer marketing industry. Exceptional communication, writing and editing skills. Previous experience managing PR agencies, freelancers, and other related vendors. Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets Familiarity with the Indian Influencer marketing landscape and trends Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and effective campaigns. Proficient in Social Media. Dynamic and self-motivated personality with a result-driven approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
