The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public relations, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create compelling narratives that enhance our brand image. This role requires hands-on experience with on-field shoots and the ability to craft innovative PR strategies that captivate our target audience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement PR campaigns to promote our brand and services. Conduct on-field shoots to capture engaging content for media outlets, social media, and marketing materials. Write and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other PR materials. Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and industry professionals. Monitor media coverage and manage our online presence to ensure consistent messaging. Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated campaigns. Organize and coordinate press events, media tours, and other promotional activities. Track and report on PR campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform PR strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 1-2 years of PR experience in the hospitality industry. Proven experience with on-field shoots and content creation. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Creative thinker with the ability to generate unique ideas and solutions. Proficiency in social media platforms and PR tools.
