We at Ganges are looking for a •dynamic lady professional • who will spearhead the Public Relations department of the school with deft.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Are responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to ensure effective communication between the school and various stakeholders, including parents, students, staff, media, and the community. Should be experienced in using various channels such as newsletters, social media, press releases, and school events to convey information.
• Should help in building and maintaining the school's brand image and reputation. To work and to promote the school's achievements, activities, and values to create a positive image.
• Should play a key role in managing the situation and mitigating any damage to the school's reputation. during the event of any crisis or negative publicity. To provide timely and accurate information to address concerns and maintain transparency with the management.
• Should be able to engage with the local community, businesses, and other schools to foster positive relationships and partnerships that benefit the school, which includes organizing community events, collaborations, and outreach programs.
• Will liaise with the media to promote the school's activities, events, and achievements.
• Should often plan and coordinate various school events such as open houses, , award ceremonies, and parent-teacher meetings. Ensure that these events are well-publicized and contribute to the school's overall communication goals.
• Should be able to manage the school's online presence through websites, social media platforms, and other digital channels. To create engaging content, interact with followers, and monitor online feedback to maintain a positive online reputation.

Qulifications & Experience:

1) Graduate with a minimum 4-5 years in the similar field

2) MBA - Marketing / Mass media also can apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?55,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
