Position: Public Relations Officer (PRO)Experience: Minimum 3 yearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeLocation: Vellore Job Overview:- We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Public Relations Officer (PRO) with at least one year of experience to join our team.- The PRO will primarily handle external public relations activities, including liaising with doctors, managing external communications, and other administrative tasks.- The role requires a flexible schedule, including night and rotational shifts, as needed.Key Responsibilities :- External Public Relations :- Liaise with doctors and healthcare professionals to ensure clear and effective communication.- Build and maintain relationships with media representatives, healthcare partners, and the community.- Organize and participate in press conferences, media events, and public health campaigns.- Draft and disseminate press releases, articles, and other PR materials.- Administrative Tasks :- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.- Handle inquiries from the public, media, and other stakeholders.- Transportation and Mobility:- Travel to different locations as needed for PR activities and external meetings.- Ensure timely visits to various sites, including hospitals, clinics, and partner organizations.Qualifications :- Bachelor\'s degree- Minimum of 3 years\' experience in public relations in a healthcare setting.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.- Valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.Skills:- Ability to handle stressful situations and work under pressure.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
