Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective public relations strategies to enhance the hospital\'s image and visibility.
- Manage media relations, including writing press releases, organizing press conferences, and coordinating interviews.
- Act as the primary spokesperson for the hospital, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, community leaders, and government officials.
- Plan and execute community outreach programs and events to promote the hospital\xe2\x80\x99s services and initiatives.
- Monitor media coverage and manage the hospital\xe2\x80\x99s online presence, including social media channels.
- Prepare and distribute informative materials, such as newsletters, brochures, and annual reports.
- Handle crisis communication and provide timely responses to incidents affecting the hospital\xe2\x80\x99s reputation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public relations, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
