Key Responsibilities Area
? Connect with patients and their families to inform them about ongoing health
schemes, wellness packages, and check-up programs.
? Build strong relationships with patients to enhance their experience and
foster loyalty.
? Address patient inquiries and feedback to ensure a positive perception of the
hospital.
? Plan and execute on-site marketing initiatives to promote hospital services
and special healthcare offerings.
? Organize and manage neighborhood health check-up camps and wellness
programs to increase hospital visibility.
? Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other staff to coordinate promotional
activities.
? Develop and implement offline marketing campaigns to drive footfall and
increase awareness of the hospital's services.
? Coordinate promotional events, workshops, and health talks within the
community to build brand presence.
? Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and
distribute them in strategic locations.
? Establish and maintain relationships with local community groups,
organizations, and influencers to promote the hospital's brand.
? Represent the hospital at community events, health fairs, and networking
events to build a positive reputation.
? Monitor and manage public perception by addressing any concerns or issues
raised by the community.
? Gather feedback and data from patients and community members to measure
the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a
related field.
? Minimum 2-4 years of experience in public relations, offline marketing, or
community engagement, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients
and the community.
? Strong organizational and project management skills to plan and execute
multiple campaigns.
? Proficiency in local language(s) and familiarity with the local community is
preferred.
? Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing
initiatives.
