We are on the lookout for a passionate and qualified Female PR Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of public relations and marketing, aiming to enhance our corporate brand image and support day-to-day operations across our platforms. This position requires creativity, strategic planning skills, and a keen understanding of current market trends. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all public relations activities to enhance the company\'s brand image and reputation.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate events, including high-profile collaborations with social media influencers.
- Forge and maintain partnerships with vendors for event venues, decor, and other necessary services to ensure event success.
- Organize and manage collaborative photoshoots with social media influencers and other partners to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Develop and curate engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media platforms, websites, and press releases.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure consistency in the company\'s marketing messages.
- Report on PR campaigns\' performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing and public relations, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated success in event management and collaborations with vendors and social media influencers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering lasting relationships with partners and media personnel.
- Creative thinker with strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Proficient in the use of social media and digital marketing tools.
- Highly organized with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
