About the Role
As a Public Relations Manager will be responsible for developing and executing public relations strategies to enhance the company's image, build strong relationships with the media, and communicate key messages to our internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PR, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful media campaigns and engagement activities .

Key Responsibilities
1:- Strategic Planning
• Develop and implement comprehensive Outreach Calander / PR strategies and campaigns that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Identify key target audiences and develop tailored communication plans to reach them effectively.
2. Media Relations:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers in relevant industries.
• Proactively pitch stories, write press releases, and manage media inquiries.
• Organize and coordinate media events, press conferences, and interviews.
3. Content Creation:
• Create compelling and engaging content for press releases, media kits, blog posts, social media, and other communication channels.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice and messaging guidelines.
4. Crisis Management:
• Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to handle potential PR crises effectively.
• Act as the primary point of contact for media during crisis situations, providing timely and accurate information.
5. Brand Management:
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and public perception of the company.
• Develop strategies to enhance the company's reputation and manage any negative publicity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
6. Event Management:
• Plan and execute company events, including product launches, press tours, and community outreach programs.
• Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure events are executed flawlessly.
• Participate in All Events of Importance - Locally - Nationally & Internationally
7. Stakeholder Engagement:
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, partners, and investors.
• Develop and maintain a positive image and strong relationships with key stakeholders.
8. Measurement and Reporting:
• Track and measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns and strategies.
• Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Qualifications & Other Personal Traits
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of [3] years of experience in public relations or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful media relations and PR campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in PR and media monitoring tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with media and stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
