The candidate will be responsible for extending support to their manager for delivering end-to-end client engagements, with a strong focus on assisting the development of account strategy, and driving execution, while harnessing their capabilities in content and media relations. The candidate will work with an agile team of consultants while delivering their designated projects with guidance from the project manager. The preferred candidate should have experience in delivering client engagements (servicing, strategy, planning, and execution), and be well-versed in tracking and outreach capabilities, with a strong hand in developing media relations, and quality researched content. Candidates with previous experience with corporate, steel, manufacturing, real estate, oil & gas, B2B, mobility, & automobile clients will be well appreciated. Key Competencies and Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of end-to-end client engagements, with a strong focus on supporting the project manager in the development of account strategy, planning, and driving execution. The candidate will maintain a strong understanding of the client\'s sector and domain and will be responsible for supporting the development of long-term (yearly), medium-term (quarterly), and short-term (monthly) strategies and plans. The candidate, with support and guidance from the project manager, will drive execution and will have complete ownership of delivering the mandates. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing various tracking mechanisms to maintain a strong grasp on clients\' sectoral developments and knowledge of key media and non-media stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible for leveraging their understanding to support the project manager in conceptualizing various media interventions, including feature stories, interviews, statements, etc. The candidate will be responsible for owning media and influencer/stakeholder outreach, while routinely identifying and engaging with new journalists and stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining impeccable standards of research-driven quality content across deliverables. The candidate will be responsible for developing documentation and processes for their engagements, including client servicing, dossiers, reports, etc. Educational Qualifications: A postgraduate qualification in business administration or a professional qualification in the field of public relations, marketing communication, or advertising.
