The candidate will act as a liaison between the brand and the PR agency.
They will build the company's PR by using their interpersonal and communication skills with different stylists and influential people of the industry.
The person will be responsible to curate and arrange PR gifts according to the recipient aligning with the brand image and aesthetics.
Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies.
The person will pitch in ideas for various PR activities and strategies and will be responsible to carry those out effectively.
liaising with, and answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organizations, often via telephone and email.
Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media.
Collating and analyzing media coverage.
Writing and editing in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports.
Organizing events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours.
maintaining and updating information on the organization's website.
Managing and updating information and engaging with users on social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook etc.
Sourcing and managing speaking and sponsorship opportunities.
Commissioning market research.
Fostering community relations through events such as open days and through involvement in community initiatives.
Managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation.
You'll be expected to network and socialize with clients, the media and colleagues to build and maintain relationships.
