: Admission Officer

Location: Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School, Gurugram

Position Type: Full-Time

Overview:

Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School, Gurugram, is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Admission Officer to lead and manage the admissions process. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, and be committed to upholding the values of the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Admissions Management:

- Handle all inquiries related to student admissions via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

- Provide comprehensive information about the school's programs, curriculum, extracurricular activities, and ethos.

- Guide prospective parents through the admission process, including application, interviews, and school visits.

2. Communication and Public Relations:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and parents.

- Represent the school at admission fairs, exhibitions, and community events.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the school's programs and events effectively.

3. Documentation and Records:

- Maintain accurate and updated records of all admission inquiries and applications.

- Ensure timely follow-up with parents at each stage of the admission process.

- Coordinate with the accounts department for fee-related queries and documentation.

4. Coordination with School Teams:

- Work closely with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a seamless admission experience.

- Organize orientation sessions for new students and parents.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

- Provide regular updates to the school management on admission trends, enrollment numbers, and projections.

- Analyze feedback from parents to improve the admission process continuously.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education/Marketing background preferred).

- Proven experience in admissions, sales, or customer service, preferably in the education sector.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Passion for education and a commitment to the school's values and mission.
