• Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance the hospital's image and increase public awareness of its services.
• Coordinate and manage all media relations activities, including press releases, press conferences, and media inquiries.
• Act as the primary point of contact for media representatives, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of information.
• Plan and execute public relations campaigns to promote hospital initiatives, events, and milestones.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
• Manage the hospital's social media presence, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
• Organize and manage community outreach programs and events to foster relationships with stakeholders and the public.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, community leaders, and healthcare professionals.
• Prepare and distribute promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and annual reports.
• Handle crisis communications, developing and implementing strategies to mitigate negative publicity.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective communication efforts.
