: Visit all wards on daily basis. \xc2\xb7Check all facilities are in proper place. \xc2\xb7Speak to patient attenders. Any grievances from the patients are recorded. \xc2\xb7Complaints from the suggestion box are retrieved once in a week, analyzed & reported to PRM. \xc2\xb7Monitoring the security Department. \xc2\xb7Briefing & Conducting Counseling of Patient attenders. \xc2\xb7Reporting any untoward incidents/complaints/grievances to PRM. \xc2\xb7Attending complaints from patients/visitors. \xc2\xb7To attend police station follow ups in case of eventualities. \xc2\xb7The responsibilities of PR specialist in such field includes, Writing and distributing news release, feature articles to the press. \xc2\xb7Compiling press list, wetting of newsletters, handing and maintain a media information service, \xc2\xb7Public relation department is responsible for community relations, hospital publications. \xc2\xb7Providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress. \xc2\xb7Keep in touch with liaison with community, donors and local partners. \xc2\xb7Attending counselling at Intensive care between consultants & patient attenders. \xc2\xb7Explains the patient/attendant about the ward type & ward tariff. \xc2\xb7Explains the patient/attendant about the total approximate cost for treatment & services \xc2\xb7Explains advance policy of the hospital.
