Onboarding New vendor for supply chain management.
Analyze spend, Create strategy for supplier outreach, Budget forecast & Analysis
Create communication plan and documents, Execute communication plan
Responsible for timely resolution of all queries and escalations
Engagement with all stake holders to drive KPI\'s and standardize the upstream and downstream process.
Recognize and communicate potential issues to management as appropriate
Handling MIS operation for invoice processing team
Ensure to provide inputs for all Compliance and other NA PTP critical activity (support NA PTP Lead shift/rotational)
Preparation of information/data for internal/Employees with required education

external auditors in the various audit of the financial records * Training and building compliance culture in PTP NARequirement and Qualifications :

3-5 years of experience in PTP procurement, Supply Chain Management
Bachelor / Master\'s degree in finance & Accounts
Working experience within a Shared Services Center or BPO
Flexible in shift (Including night shift/rotational)
Preferred: Multiple ERPS SAP/Mapics/ Lowson / Oracle / Nxtrend accounting experience (specially in Accounts Payable)
