Detailed :

PTC Integrity Consultant specializing in Support enabled through PTC Integrity. In this role, the selected candidate will guide customer business, IT, end users in proper usage of PTC Integrity best practices.

Candidate should be able to work independently with client and should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Minimum Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree and good work experience on Functional and Technical consulting through PTC Integrity or any engineering tool support experience.

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have in depth understanding of the L1, L2, L3 support environment.
• In depth understanding of the PTC Integrity LM as a product and solution for customers business.
• Experience with installing, implementing, and configuring PTC Integrity LM.
• Collaborate closely with business team in defining the application gaps and workarounds.
• Strong understanding of network OS and system configurations.
• Experience in Integrity Administration and Configuration.
• Experience in Java, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XML and other web technologies.

• Familiarization with SQL or Oracle 11g or DB2.
• Familiarization with OSLC and REST APIs

• Ability to successfully lead offshore development teams and work in global delivery model- US, India, Germany
• Knowledge of LDAP
• Experience with Microsoft Office products- Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Experience with other Requirements Management Tools (Polarion, PTC Integrity) will be a value add
• Good to have 3rd party tool migration/integration with Integrity.
