The role is based out of Panjim, Goa.

Join us as a Psychologist and be an integral part of nurturing a stress-free and harmonious atmosphere for our Client's Employees. A major part of your job is to be at the client's office space, facilitate one-to-one therapy, and conduct sessions on mental and emotional health. Open for candidates with 2+Years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Take up One-to-One therapy by being present at our Client's office - Thrice a week
• Take Online One-to-One Therapy during Non client visit hours
• Taking Online and Offline group sessions on Mental and Emotional Health
• Provide proper intervention for trauma cases
• Weekly reporting based on requirements and format from the client
• Monthly reporting on employee grievances data
• Helping In research work if any
• Other mental health services that are requested by the client during the working hours
• Act as a point of contact for any queries or assistance related to Zariyaa at the client location.
• Observe and gather feedback from Employees to enhance the overall experience.
• Liaise with Our client/Zariyaa to share valuable insights and suggestions based on your observations.
• Willingness and ability to travel to client location
• Open to learning new techniques.

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a Master's degree in psychology.
• Has strong communication skills and a friendly approach
• ? Is empathetic and passionate about wellness.
• ? Has 2+ Years of experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
