Job Description

Swavlamban Foundation, a renowned organization operating a special school in Pali, Rajasthan, is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Psychologist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and develop intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents/guardians, and support staff.
• Design and implement behavior management strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and training on mental health and special education.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Support teachers in adapting instructional methods for special education.

Qualifications:

• Degree in psychology or related field from a recognized institution.
• Experience as a psychologist in a school or educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Desirable:

• Training in special education or experience with children with special needs.
