• Daily Health Goals Management & Wellness(Step Tracking, Sleep Tracking, Calorie Counter, Risk Profiling etc.) Live/Recorded Sessions, Nutrition & Rewards Program
• EAP Program
• Tele-Consultations with GPs & Specialists
• OPD Benefits- Doctor clinic/hospital appointments, diagnostics, dental, vision, pharmacy etc.
• Group Health Insurance policy e-cards, claims submission & tracking enabled through TPA integration

•Job Title: Psychologist - In-House •

•Responsibilities and Duties: •

• Perform regular quality checks and audits to ensure the effectiveness, consistency, and appropriateness of psychological services provided.
• Revamp and update existing mental health programs and resources to align with current best practices and patient's needs.
• Analyze feedback from users regarding the mental health services and implement improvements based on this feedback.
• Develop and maintain quality standards for psychological consultations and interventions.
• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in psychology to ensure the application of best practices.

•Requirements: •

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Licensed or certified as a Psychologist in [State].
• Proven experience in counseling or clinical psychology, preferably in a workplace setting.
• Strong understanding of various therapeutic approaches and their application in a corporate environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in quality analysis and program evaluation is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in developing and implementing mental health programs in a corporate environment.
• Certification in specialized areas of psychology, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, or trauma-informed care.
• Knowledge of human resources practices and employee assistance programs (EAP).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
