Job Title: Clinical Psychologist

Location: Sri Ganganagar (Rajasthan)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide psychological assessments, therapy, and counseling services to our diverse clientele. They will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that address the mental health needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations.

- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

- Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers within the clinic.

- Provide crisis intervention as needed.

- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in psychology.

Qualifications:

- Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.

- Minimum 6 Months of experience in a clinical setting

- Strong understanding of psychological theories and practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Specialized training in certain therapeutic techniques (CBT, DBT, EMDR).

- Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
