Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide psychological support to students, assist in stress management, and help enhance their study skills and mental resilience. Your expertise will contribute to creating a supportive learning environment that fosters academic success and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for students to address academic stress, anxiety, and personal issues.
• Develop and implement workshops focused on stress management, time management, and study techniques.
• Collaborate with faculty to identify students in need of psychological support and design intervention strategies.
• Provide assessments and evaluations to identify students' psychological needs and tailor support accordingly.
• Create educational materials and resources on mental health and wellness for students.
• Organize seminars and guest lectures on topics related to psychology, motivation, and mental health.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions with students.
• Stay updated on the latest research and practices in psychology and education.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology
• Valid license to practice psychology.
• Experience working with students, particularly in high-stress academic environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in developing psychological assessments and intervention plans.
• Experience in conducting workshops or seminars.
• Familiarity with techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or mindfulness practices.
