Life Skills Trainer and Counsellor

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic professionals who have completed their master's in psychology and are eager to contribute to the growth and well-being of students from grades 4 to 12. This role requires you to blend your knowledge of psychology with facilitation skills to create

transformative experiences for students, teachers, and parents across the school in remote

locations of Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and telangana

Key Responsibilities

? Life Skills Facilitation: Conduct engaging training sessions on critical life skills such as

decision-making, emotional regulation, critical thinking, and teamwork.

? Counselling: Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students, addressing

their emotional, social, and behavioural needs.

? Workshops for Parents and Teachers: Facilitate sessions to equip parents and teachers

with tools to support student growth and development.

? Collaboration: Partner with teachers, parents, and school authorities to create a

supportive ecosystem for children's development.

? Extensive Reporting: Track progress meticulously, document sessions, and present

impactful insights through comprehensive reports.

? Process Adherence: Follow structured processes and be open to constructive feedback

to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.

? Problem-Solving Approach: Bring a proactive attitude to solve challenges rather than

complain or avoid responsibility.

? 9-Hour Workday: Be committed to logging in 9 hours daily to support program goals

and ensure impactful delivery.

What We're Looking For

? A master's degree in psychology (clinical, counseling, or related fields).

? Understanding of the connection between psychology and life skills development.

? Strong facilitation skills and the ability to create a positive, interactive learning

environment.

? Critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration skills that set you apart.

? Willingness to work in remote areas across India to bring change where it's most

needed.

? Comfort with detailed reporting and maintaining documentation standards.

? An empathetic, solution-oriented mindset to address challenges effectively.

? Open to feedback and process-driven approaches to ensure consistent impact.

Pay: ?15,154.78 - ?42,414.13 per month
