Clinical or CounsellingRoles and Responsibilities:1.Identifying the students with learning / emotional / behavioural concerns in the classroom for all the grades from 1-122.Creating Individualized Education / Counselling Plans for the special needs children3.Conducting individual, group sessions and providing in class support for students which needs help4.Conducting workshops for Children, Parents, Teachers5.Provide counselling to all the stakeholders involved with the children under treatment- parents, teachers, shadow teachers, outsourced centres, and other allied therapists6.Create and maintain a database of all the cases on a monthly basis7.Refer for outsourced assessments as and when required post approvals from the Department8.Achieve the goals set for the year9.Create aids and other resources for working with the children under treatment10. Assist with the admissions of special needs children along with the IEC11. Assist with the invigilation and provisions for the special needs children12. Reporting to Inclusive Education cell (IEC) Mumbai for an action plan for the school13. Meetings with the Hub In charge on a monthly basis to maintain a follow up for all the cases under treatment14. Monitoring the pre-primary students for any concerns along with the Hub In charge15. The Wellness Teachers need to take a minimum one session in a week for the identified cases in therapy and conduct maximum 15 life skill sessions in a week
