This fresher-level role requires strong communication skills and involves working closely with students to promote their mental health and well-being. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in counseling techniques and an interest in working within an educational setting.Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill)
• Effective problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying and addressing issues impacting student mental health
• Ethical decision-making skills, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all counseling cases
• Proficiency in counseling techniques to assess and support students\' mental health needs
• Knowledge of clinical psychology to apply evidence-based practices in counseling sessions
• Ability to teach and promote essential life skills to help students manage stress and emotional challenges
• Experience or interest in working with conditions such as ADHD, providing tailored support to students with diverse needs

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students
• Assess students\' emotional and psychological needs through observations and interviews
• Develop and implement intervention plans to address mental health issues
• Conduct workshops and seminars to promote mental health awareness and life skills
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to support students\' well-being
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and interventions
