Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health, social circumstances, and needs. Collaborate with mental health professionals to develop diagnoses and treatment plans. 2. Therapeutic Interventions: Provide individual, group, and family counseling. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to address mental health issues. Use therapeutic techniques like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, and stress management strategies. 3. Case Management: Coordinate with healthcare providers, community agencies, and support systems to ensure comprehensive care. Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed. 4.
