primary teacher's (PRT) responsibilities include teaching, assessing, and communicating with students, parents, and the community. They also create lesson plans, organize activities, and participate in extracurriculars. Teaching Teach students in grades one to five Create lesson plans and schemes of work Deliver clear lessons Assign and score work and exams Keep records of student progress Help students with questions about their lessons or assignments Assessing Set and mark tests and other forms of assessment Evaluate students' work Be aware of individual student needs, goals, and progress Communicating Communicate with parents, carers, and the wider community Communicate with parents about a student's performance and progress Organizing Organize space and equipment for activities Organize field trips, events, and extracurricular activities Accompany students on field trips Curriculum Design a curriculum that helps students develop in all aspects of life Create a positive learning environment in the classroom Use a range of teaching methods and techniques
